We always aim to dispatch orders promptly. All orders are processed and usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
UK Delivery
We currently deliver across the UK. For orders within the United Kingdom, we use Royal Mail, and you can typically expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days after it has been shipped.
International Delivery
We are working on expanding our international delivery services. Shipping costs and times for all orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: During the busy pre-Christmas period, delivery may take a little longer than usual. We are not responsible for postal or courier delays beyond our control.

We have a simple policy designed to ensure you love your purchase.
Return Requirements
- Return Window: You have a 14-day return policy, meaning you must request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.
- EU Customers: If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days (the EU Cooling-Off Period).
- Item Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging (resaleable condition).
- Proof: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refund Amount: If approved, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs for the return.
- Refund Timing: Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
- Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have and then place a new purchase for the replacement product.
- Faulty/Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email shop@christmasjoy.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will provide a replacement or refund upon receipt of the faulty item.
