2. Product Information & Availability
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and information on our website. Availability may vary and we do not guarantee that any product will be suitable for a specific purpose. Product sizing and appearance are given as a guide only; handmade or natural products may vary slightly from the images shown. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any errors or inaccuracies.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major debit/credit cards and secure online payment methods as displayed at checkout. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives or a refund.
4. Delivery
We always aim to dispatch orders promptly, usually within 1–2 working days. Please allow 3–5 days for delivery. During the busy pre-Christmas period, delivery may take longer. Orders placed after 14th December may not be guaranteed for pre-Christmas delivery. We are not responsible for postal or courier delays beyond our control.
5. Returns & Cancellations
If you do not wish to keep a product, you must notify us immediately by email (shop@christmasjoy.co.uk) or via the website contact form. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, at your expense, in original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition, with labels/instructions and proof of purchase. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit; we recommend obtaining proof of postage or using a tracked service. No refunds or replacements will be issued until the original item is received.
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please photograph it on receipt and notify us immediately. Return the product as outlined above. On receipt, we will provide a replacement or refund. Refunds or replacements cannot be given for personalised items unless faulty.
7. Liability
We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We will not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and ensure your personal data is not misused. Your name, contact details, and payment information will not be shared with third-party mailing or marketing organisations. Payment details are processed securely and are not stored by us. We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected, in line with our Privacy Policy.
